Our detailing staff works hard to ensure any evidence of the last renter’s trip is completely cleaned up before you pick up your rental vehicle. If you’re unhappy with the level of cleanliness at pick up, please bring it to our attention immediately – we can usually fix the problem quickly and easily.
If your rental vehicle is returned with excessive dirt or stains, you may be charged an additional fee in order to bring it back to our standards. Pets are particularly problematic; while we don’t prohibit pets in our vehicles, be aware that excessive pet hair can also trigger additional charges.
