Parking tickets and traffic violations can happen, and citations are usually directed to the registered owner of the offending vehicle.

Our team will let you know if any charges are incurred while our rental vehicle was in your care. Generally, tickets and a service charge are billed to your credit card unless you make alternate arrangements with us. The same applies to tolls for bridges or roads.

If your actions cause authorities to seize the vehicle, all towing, storage and related charges will be either applied to your credit card or billed directly to you.
