Qualifying rental agreements are automatically enrolled into the Quick Assist program for peace of mind with a low daily fee of $1.79/day per vehicle for 24/7 access to roadside assistance, accident support and theft recovery services.

Quick Assist roadside assistance can help with tow truck service, battery boosts, emergency fuel delivery, winching services, flat tire assistance, lockout assistance and more.

For situations where our roadside assistance providers are unavailable due to unusually high volume or if you find yourself in an area without Driving Force coverage, you could be reimbursed for up to $250 CAD for out-of-pocket expenses due to mechanical breakdowns or lockout service. This includes local roadside assistance providers and unexpected hotel stays.

Accident Support

In the event of an accident, Quick Assist offers comprehensive support by gathering accident details and initiating a Driving Force claim. We’ll provide guidance on coverage, next steps, and coordinate repairs, towing and replacement vehicles.

Additionally, for compatible vehicles, Quick Assist can use telematics technology to generate a detailed accident report that can be crucial for insurance claims and to clarify what happened during the incident.

Theft Recovery Assistance

Vehicle theft continues to be an ever-present risk in Canada. If it happens to your vehicle, The Driving Force Quick Assist team can use GPS data from compatible vehicles to help law enforcement locate the vehicle, potentially preventing a total loss and a costly insurance claim. For vehicles not equipped with compatible GPS technology or if the technology is unavailable due to the service area or other limiting factors, Driving Force may be able to connect the vehicle manufacturer with local authorities to assist in recovery efforts.
