This includes local roadside assistance providers and unexpected hotel stays.

In the event of an accident, Quick Assist provides comprehensive support by obtaining accident details and creating a Driving Force claim, offering advice and direction about coverage and next steps, coordinating vehicle damage repairs, and assisting with towing and replacement vehicles. Additionally, Quick Assist utilizes telematics technology to create detailed accident reports for compatible vehicles, which aids in insurance and liability matters.

Theft Recovery Assistance

Vehicle theft continues to be an ever-present risk. If it happens to you, the Driving Force Quick Assist team may be able to assist with GPS technology to provide real-time data to law enforcement to locate the exact whereabouts of your rental vehicle to help you potentially avoid a costly insurance claim.

For vehicles not equipped with compatible GPS technology or if the technology is unavailable due to the service area or other limiting factors, Driving Force may be able to connect the vehicle manufacturer with local authorities to assist in recovery efforts.
